Refund Policy

Please note we do not issue refunds after the product is purchased and delivered, as we are a provider of intangible products & services.

Please ensure that you fully understand the services being offered, before making a purchase. If you are unclear of anything, you are welcome to contact the team for clarification.

Upon attendance of assessment and reporting of findings, under no circumstances a refund will be issued.

We do not take payments in advance, payments are due upon completion of findings, prior to release of reporting with on-going aftercare.

Cancellation Policy

We will allow exception to cancel and re-schedule assessments without penalty or administration fees, up to 24 hours before your appointment. However, less than 24 hours' notice of cancellation, re-scheduling or non-attendance on the day, will incur a 50% cancellation fee, as this will result in loss of company revenue.
