Precision, start to finish
Every wheel follows the same exacting route — assessed, stripped, repaired, coated, diamond cut and quality assured before it goes back on your car.
Assess & report
Your wheel is assessed by a trained expert who reports its condition and agrees your colour scheme and finish.
Strip to bare alloy
Tyres are removed and old paint stripped back, returning the wheels to bare alloy ready for repair.
Sandblast & repair
Wheels are sandblasted on our state-of-the-art machine, then welded, filled and corrected as required.
Powder coat & bake
The most durable finish available is applied in your chosen colour, lacquered and baked dry in our oven.
Diamond cut
Wheels are skimmed on a CNC lathe for a sophisticated, high-shine diamond cut finish.
Quality check & refit
Quality assured, tyres refitted to the correct PSI, re-balanced and refitted to your car.
